As a lawyer I counsel and defend clients in the sphere of civil law, commercial law, financial law, and administrative law. I am not limited only in judicial activity i.e. conducting lawsuits.

My more important goal is to show my clients the conflicts as early as they arise and together with them to reach their just solution.   One right presentation of the contract may solve lots of problems and to prevent future judicial disputes.  My goal is to show you the right solution and to assist you to achieve it.  

 

My professional activity consists of preparing, auditing, and revising of contracts in various law spheres.  It is important to examine the validity of the existing and future contracts so the risks of responsibilities are reduced to the legal minimum. Often the common conditions of the contracts must be carried out to meet new legal requirements with view of continuing their execution and not breaking the valid law.

 

I give written consultations and prepare projects for contracts in Bulgarian, German, and English language.

 

My professional knowledge in accounting helps me to propose my clients contract clauses, which are reckoned with the tax laws and good accounting practice. If your problem turns out to be out of my competence, I am ready to work together with certificated chartered accountants, so as a group we can achieve the best result for you. 

 

Nevertheless, if the court has to intervene, I am a competent, conscientious, tough, loyal, and discreet defender. Even when the feelings run high and the sides argue unappeasably, a profitable decision for both sides can be found. My conviction is that the best end of one case is the agreement and that is why throughout the judicial process all the opportunities for achieving it must be used.  It is easier for the lawyer to take an extremely offensive position in the court than to assist the sides to make mutual concessions in order to settle voluntary their relations. The goal of my activity is not just my clients to pay or obtain their debts, but also not to lose the opportunity to work with a potential partner or client.
